Webinars and Live Sessions: Access links are sent via email or available on your dashboard on our platform.
Training Materials and Resources: Direct download links or access via our secure client portal.
Custom Software Solutions: Delivered through secure cloud-based servers or direct installation support as required.
Security and Access
We use state-of-the-art encryption and security protocols to ensure that all materials are delivered securely and remain confidential.
Access to purchased sessions and materials is guaranteed within the time frame specified at the time of purchase, typically 24 hours before the scheduled event.

Promptelligence Cancellation Policy
Commitment to Flexibility
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to service cancellations.
Cancellation of Services
Training Programs and Webinars: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for rescheduling. We do not offer refunds but will accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.
Consultancy Services: Given the extensive preparation required, cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the agreed fee.
How to Cancel

Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling options.
Late Cancellations and No Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows for appointments may not be eligible for rescheduling and could result in the full fee being charged.
We encourage clients to communicate any changes at their earliest convenience to avoid unnecessary charges.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unforeseen events, can affect your plans. We consider these cases individually, aiming to come to a reasonable arrangement.
