Promptelligence offers specialized AI training and consulting services, including webinars, live events, personalized training sessions, and consultancy services. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment involved in preparing and scheduling these services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.
2. Scheduled Webinars and Live Events
- Non-Attendance: If you are unable to attend a webinar or live event for which you have registered, please note that no refunds will be issued. We encourage participants to ensure their availability at the time of booking since these resources are allocated in advance and cannot be reassigned easily.
- Cancellation by Participant: Requests for cancellations made by the participant are not eligible for a refund. However, participants may be allowed to transfer their registration to a different webinar or event of equal value within the same calendar year, subject to availability and with prior approval from our customer service team.
3. Consulting Services
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled consulting service, we require a written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund due to the preparation and resource allocation done in anticipation of the session.
- Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. As such, we offer a one-time rescheduling option, which must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service. This is contingent upon the availability of our consultants and may require adjustment of project scope or objectives.
4. Refunds Due to Service Failure
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only considered if the failure to provide the service is due to reasons attributable to Promptelligence, including but not limited to technical failures, consultant unavailability, or inadequate service delivery that directly impacts the intended outcomes.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the scheduled service date. Please provide detailed reasons for the refund request, including any supporting documentation.
- Assessment and Processing: Each refund request will be thoroughly assessed by our team to verify if Promptelligence's responsibilities were unmet. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
5. Adjustments and Service Guarantees
- Quality Assurance: At Promptelligence, we strive to deliver services that meet or exceed your expectations. Should you feel dissatisfied with the quality of service received, we encourage you to contact our customer support immediately. We will review your concerns and may offer remedies such as partial refunds, additional services, or future discounts, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
